Currant season is coming to an end, but there is still time to make homemade ret currant jam for the winter! It is super easy and fast and requires only a few ingredients.
Currant jam can be used in cooking in the salty kitchen, for example on a roast or in a stew to give it a little sweetness. It can also be used in the sweet kitchen, for example on top of a cheese cake.
