Red Currant Recipe

Equipment

  • 1 L jam jar

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg red currant
  • ½ dl water
  • 500 g sugar
  • 1 tsp atamon

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the currants and remove the stem
  • Put water, sugar, and currants in a saucepan and bring to a boil
  • Let the jam cook for 5-10 min while stirring until the jam is cooked through
  • Rinse the jam jar with atamon and put the jam in the jar, close the lid and let cool
