Blackcurrant juice
Ingredients
- 700 g blackcurrant
- 7 dl water
- 350 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Rinse the blackcurrants and put them in a pot of water and bring to a boil
- Let blackcurrants and water simmer under a lid for about 20 min
- Sieve blackcurrants through a cotton cloth placed in a sieve
- Pour the sifted juice in a clean saucepan with sugar and vanilla essence
- Bring the juice to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes under a lid
- Pour the juice into a bottle and store in the refrigerator
- Serve in a glass with 1:1 of water versus juice
