The plum season is technically over, but I still thought you should have this delicious recipe for plum juice.
Plum juice
Ingredients
- 1 kg plums (10-12 plums)
- 370 g sugar
- 4 dl water
Instructions
- Rinse the plums, cut them in half and remove the seed
- Pour all ingredients in a pan and boil for 10-15 min
- Remove the plum pulp by pouring it through a strainer
- Bottle the juice and store in a dark and cool place
