Vegan Banana Muffins
I like to pour some chocolate on top of my banana bread, however, you can also chop the chocolate into pieces and put them in the dough before baking it. Furthermore, I like to sprinkle some cacao nips on top. It gives the cake this very lovely taste of bitter cacao.
Vegan Banana Bread

- Bread pan
Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 75 g vegan butter preferable at room temperature
- 120 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 125 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 75 g dark vegan chocolate
Instructions
- Mash the bananas with a fork
- Chop the butter and mix it in a bowl with the mashed bananas
- Mix flour and baking powder in a separate bowl
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl except the chocolate
- Butter the pan with a bit of butter or oil and pour the dough into the pan
- Bake the bread in the oven at 175° C for 25-30 min
- Let the cake cool
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath and pour it over the cooled cake
- Let the chocolate cool and enjoy!
