
Here comes a super easy Danish dessert: Stewed rhubarb. The dessert tastes super delicious with a little milk e.g. oat milk or almond milk.

Stewed Rhubarb
Ingredients
- 200 g rhubarb
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Rinse the rhubarb and cut them into smaller pieces
- Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan
- Cook the stew for about 10 minutes until the sugar has dissolved and the rhubarb has become tender
- Let the stew cool
- Serv the rhubarb stew with milk or chia pudding
