
Chia pudding is really a simple delicious breakfast or dessert. If you want the extra creamy, you can also add a little vegan yoghurt. I like when it tastes a bit of cinnamon, but it can easily be omitted if you are not into that.

Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 dl vegan milk e.g. rise milk
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon optional
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients in a small bowl and let it rest on the kitchen table for about 30 min
- Stir the pudding and put it in the fridge over night
- Season the pudding with more cinnamon if needed and serve cold
