I had some blackcurrant lying around in my freezer from this summer, which I decided to blend into a berry smoothie. This smoothie is super simple and tastes delicious, especially during these winter months where berries are a in short supply.
Blackcurrant smoothie
Ingredients
- 300 g blackcurrant
- 3 bananas
- 3 dl coconut milk
- water
Instructions
- Rins the blackcurrant and remove stems
- Remove the banana peel
- Mix black currant, banana, and coconut milk in a blender and blend
- Add water if the smoothie is too thick
