Rhubarb Juice

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g rhubarb
  • ¾ l water
  • 125 g sugar
  • 15 g ginger fresh
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Rinse rhubarb and cut them into smaller pieces
  • Put all ingredients in a pot and cook for 10 minutes under a lid
  • Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool
  • Sift the juice through a cotton cloth placed in a sieve
  • Pour the juice into a bottle and store in the refrigerator
  • Serve the juice in a glass with a few ice cubes
