Hummus

Servings 3 pers

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g dried chickpeas (or 200 g canned chickpeas)
  • 1-2 clove garlic
  • tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp peber
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp tahin (can be omitted)
  • Juice from ¼ lemon
  • 1 dl water

Instructions
 

  • If using dry chickpeas: Soak chickpeas in water the day before
  • Drain the chickpeas of water
  • Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until the hummus is uniform
  • Season with salt and the other spices to your liking
