dried chickpeas
(or 200 g canned chickpeas)

(can be omitted)
Juice from ¼ lemon

water
Instructions
If using dry chickpeas: Soak chickpeas in water the day before
Drain the chickpeas of water
Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until the hummus is uniform
Season with salt and the other spices to your liking
