Mix water and yeast in a bowl and whisk until the yeast has dissolved
Add flour, oil and salt and mix well
Put the dough on a floured table and knead the dough till it is airy and not too sticky
Put the dough back in the bowl and place a dishcloth over it. Then let the dough rise for about 1 hour
Roll out the dough into 2 oblong loaves
Place the loaves on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let them rise for approx. 45 min
Make two diagonal cuts in each loaf and brush them with oil or cream
Bake the loaves in the oven at 225℃ for 20 minutes until they are golden brown
