Crumble the yeast into a bowl, pour over the water and whisk until the yeast has dissolved
Pour the oil into the bowl
Mix salt, flour, and rosemary in a separate bowl
Pour the flour into the water and stir until you have a dough
Knead the dough on the a kitchen counter dusted with flour. Add more flour if the dough is too sticky
Return the dough to the bowl and let it rise overnight in the refrigerator or for 1 hour on the kitchen counter
The dough is ready to make the bread: Take a piece of dough, roll it into a long sausage and twist it around the end of a branch where the bark has been scraped off with a knife. Bake over the fire
