Bread On A Stick

Ingredients
  

  • 5 dl water
  • 50 g fresh yeast
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp rosemary dried
  • 750 g flour

Instructions
 

  • Crumble the yeast into a bowl, pour over the water and whisk until the yeast has dissolved
  • Pour the oil into the bowl
  • Mix salt, flour, and rosemary in a separate bowl
  • Pour the flour into the water and stir until you have a dough
  • Knead the dough on the a kitchen counter dusted with flour. Add more flour if the dough is too sticky
  • Return the dough to the bowl and let it rise overnight in the refrigerator or for 1 hour on the kitchen counter
  • The dough is ready to make the bread: Take a piece of dough, roll it into a long sausage and twist it around the end of a branch where the bark has been scraped off with a knife. Bake over the fire
