Crush the cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and pepper in a mortar
Cut the ginger into smaller pieces
Mix the spices from the mortar, the ginger, the black tea leaves, the water in a saucepan
Add enough oatmilk to cover the spices in the saucepan competly
Cook the chai latte in the sauce pan for about 10 min
Add the rest of the oatmilk and cook till warm
Pour the chai latte through a strainer and into three glasses
Pour the cream in a bowl and skim the milk
Pour the cream on top of the chai late in the glasses
Optional: Sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top of the drink before serving
