Plum Ice Cream

  • Ice cream maker

Ingredients
  

  • 750 g plums (about 10-12)
  • 3 dl water
  • 250 g sugar

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the plums, cut them in half and remove the seed
  • Pour all ingredients in a pan and boil for 10-15 min
  • Remove the plum pulp by pouring it through a strainer
  • Pour the plum juice in a ice cream maker and make according to instructions on the machine
  • Pour in a container and store in the freezer
