Plum juice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg plums (10-12 plums)
  • 370 g sugar
  • 4 dl water

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the plums, cut them in half and remove the seed
  • Pour all ingredients in a pan and boil for 10-15 min
  • Remove the plum pulp by pouring it through a strainer
  • Bottle the juice and store in a dark and cool place
