Vegan Banana Bread

Equipment

  • Bread pan

Ingredients
  

  • 3 bananas
  • 75 g vegan butter preferable at room temperature
  • 120 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 75 g dark vegan chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Mash the bananas with a fork
  • Chop the butter and mix it in a bowl with the mashed bananas
  • Mix flour and baking powder in a separate bowl
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl except the chocolate
  • Butter the pan with a bit of butter or oil and pour the dough into the pan
  • Bake the bread in the oven at 175° C for 25-30 min
  • Let the cake cool
  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath and pour it over the cooled cake
  • Let the chocolate cool and enjoy!
