Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 2 dl vegan milk e.g. rise milk
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ingredients in a small bowl and let it rest on the kitchen table for about 30 min
  • Stir the pudding and put it in the fridge over night
  • Season the pudding with more cinnamon if needed and serve cold
