Stewed Rhubarb

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g rhubarb
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the rhubarb and cut them into smaller pieces
  • Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan
  • Cook the stew for about 10 minutes until the sugar has dissolved and the rhubarb has become tender
  • Let the stew cool
  • Serv the rhubarb stew with milk or chia pudding
